Work Package 1: Coordination and project management (M1-36)

Lead: WWU; Contributors: ERS, all partners

• Coordinate the activities in the project
• Ensure that the partners are aware of all the activities and are in a position to take part in discussions on progress, problems, and planning
• Steer the project activities in a smart way using the creative potential and diverse expertise provided by the consortium, while making sure that all deliverables and milestones are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Include project management because steering is connected with financial and administrative management
